The members of the board are all Partners of FJ&G de Saram, Attorneys-at-Law. Their expertise cover all areas of corporate and commercial law, including banking and finance, capital markets, company law, information technology, insolvency and restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, insurance, ports and shipping, tourism, entertainment and leisure, tax etc.
The members of the board and other senior practitioners at FJ&G de Saram, also have expertise and experience in rendering secretarial services, providing legal advice on issues relating to secretarial, registrar and trust work, and thereby ably and aptly compliment and support the provision of services of the professionals at Corporate Services (Private) Limited.
Corporate Services (Private) Limited has the benefit of being able to access a repository of legal knowledge that is within FJ&G de Saram, Attorneys-at-Law, when it needs to, in the provision of services to its clients.

Chief Executive Officer – Dedunie de Silva
Dedunie is an attorney at law of the Supreme Court of Sri Lanka, has a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) Degree in English from the University of Colombo, has read for a Masters in Business Administration from the British School of Commerce and counts over 20 years post qualification experience. She was formerly the Director – Legal & Regulatory of a leading telecommunications company in Sri Lanka and brings with her a wealth of experience in corporate commercial and corporate secretarial work, along with an acute understanding of the needs of business.

Chief Executive Officer – Roshika Kulatunga
Roshika is an Attorney –at-Law of the Supreme Court of Sri Lanka. She has an LL.M. from the University of Colombo and a Post Attorney Diploma in Corporate Law, from the Institute of Advanced Legal Studies, Sri Lanka Law College. She counts over 15 years’ experience in corporate secretarial practice and secretarial services, specializing in Registrar functions for companies listed with the Colombo Stock Exchange.

MANAGER - HARSHINI SERASINGHE
Harshini has read for a Bachelor of Laws Degree from the University of Colombo, and is an Attorney-at-Law of the Supreme Court of Sri Lanka. She has over 12 years’ work experience, 7 of which involved specialising in corporate secretarial work. She manages a diverse portfolio of clients including listed entities, public, guarantee and private companies and brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the company.
